From Thursday, March 4 through Tuesday, March 9, the Digestive Disease National Coalition (DDNC) will host its 31st Annual Public Policy Forum. The Forum's theme is "Overcoming Patient Access Limitations in the Cost-Shifting Era" and will feature the DDNC's new policy document on Patient Access to Care and Treatments in the Cost-Shifting Era. The forum will begin with an informative webinar on legislative issues on Thursday, and continues Sunday when participants will watch informative panel presentations from government officials and industry leaders, and learn important information on current key legislative issues for the digestive disease community. On Monday and Tuesday, participants will "virtually" meet with their congressional offices to advocate for top priority legislative items, including bills like the Safe Step Act.
